American Stroke Association
A division of the American Heart Association, offering education, recovery resources, and a support community for survivors and caregivers. Their Stroke Family Warmline connects you with trained specialists who can offer information or just listen.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Brain Injury Association of America
The country's oldest and largest brain injury advocacy organization, with a network of state affiliates and local chapters. Their National Brain Injury Information Center connects you with specialists who provide answers and local referrals.

A free, national multimedia project with practical articles, videos, and personal stories on living with TBI — useful for both survivors and families.

Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
United Spinal Association
Peer support, information specialists, and a free membership offering connection to local chapters and advocacy. Their Resource Center answers questions on any aspect of spinal cord injury or disease.
